Cultural appropriation is when a practice , like clothing or a hairstyle, is taken from a culture and utilized in a special way.It can offend people when people do that without making it clear where the traditions come from, or once they don't acknowledge how important they're to certain cultures.This can make some people feel as if their culture isn't being respected.

WHERE CAN WE SEE CULTURAL APPROPRIATION.?

One place where you would possibly find cultural appropriation is that the apparel industry .

Fashion brands have been accused of cultural appropriation because people feel as if some parts of the industry take traditional clothes from cultures without paying proper respect.

IS CULTURAL APPROPRIATION IS GOOD?

Cultural appropriation can happens in several areas in society, including the way of people to see hairstyles.

Certain hairstyles like braids, cornrows and dreadlocks are often really important to people from African and Caribbean communities. Some hairstyles are wont to protect hair whilst others are related to different religious groups.

However, tons of black hairstyles are wrongly seen within the past as untidy and unprofessional which has cause people being treated unfairly in schools and at their jobs.

Though it can sometimes cringy, cultural appropriation are often an honest thing. It shows that we are willing to seem past our differences and embrace the sweetness in these differences.
